Who we are

Where your data is hosted
- Platform hosted in the European Union, by netcup GmbH (Germany).
- Healthcare offer: hosting in France with Scaleway and OVHcloud, certified Health Data Hosting providers (HDS).
How it is protected
- All connections are encrypted with HTTPS (TLS), with HSTS enabled.
- Each client has its own space, at its own dedicated address.
- Account passwords are stored encrypted (hashed), never in plain text.
- Administration access is protected by a password and two-factor authentication.
- No advertising cookies; our audience measurement is anonymous and cookie-free.
- We never ask for your passwords: access to your tools goes through dedicated connections that you can revoke at any time.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe, PCI-DSS certified. Crewmy never sees or stores any card number.
Artificial intelligence
- Your AI employee runs on your own subscription to an AI provider (Claude or ChatGPT), taken out in your company's name.
- A human Crewmy coach supervises and corrects it; you stay in control of what it can do, and you can revoke its access at any time.
GDPR
- Data processing complies with the GDPR, as detailed in our privacy policy (purposes, retention periods, subprocessors).
- Your data is never sold.
- You can ask at any time for your data to be exported, corrected or deleted: contact@crewmy.com. At the end of the contract, it is returned to you or deleted.
